Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V., known as Coca-Cola FEMSA or KOF, is a Mexican multinational beverage company headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico. It operates the largest independent Coca-Cola bottling group in the world.

The company reported revenues of US$ 11.1 billion for 2014, making it one of the fifteen largest companies of Mexico.[1] It has operations in Latin America and the Philippines, mainly through bottling plants. It is a subsidiary of FEMSA, which owns 48% of its stock.[2] The Coca-Cola Company is also a shareholder, with 28% of the stock. The remaining 24% is listed publicly.

Coca-Cola FEMSA is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 1993 and in the NYSE through ADS since 1998. It is a constituent of the IPC, the main benchmark index of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
