The Combined Communications Electronics Board (CCEB) is a military communications-electronics organisation established among five nations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom & United States. It is closely associated with the naval cooperation arrangement known as AUSCANNZUKUS.

One purpose of the CCEB is to write specifications for protocols that facilitate military collaboration between the five participating nations; this is essential for effective coalition operations.

These specifications are published in Allied Communications Publications (ACPs). Examples thereof are task force numbers in ACP 113, Military Message Handling System (MMHS) in ACP 123 and Common Directory Services and Procedures in ACP 133.
