Dean Lockhart MSP is a British politician who is a Scottish Conservative and Unionist Member of Scottish Parliament for the Mid Scotland and Fife region, elected in the Scottish Parliament election, 2016.[1] He is shadow cabinet secretary for economy, jobs and fair work.[2]

In 2016 he stood for the Scottish Parliament as the Conservative candidate for Stirling where he came second, then was elected from the regional list.
