Dora Nelson is a 1935 French comedy film directed by René Guissart and starring Elvire Popesco, André Lefaur and Frédéric Duvallès. The film was based on a play by Louis Verneuil. In 1939 it was remade as an Italian film of the same title.[1]
Synopsis
A leading film star abandons the picture she is working on, and elopes with her lover to Italy. The desperate filmmakers recruit a poor woman who strongly resembles her to take her place.
