The rooms are steeped in history; personalities like Benazir Bhutto, Mr. Ch. Fazal Elahi and President Zia-ul-Haq have walked in the corridors of the building. Former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif inaugurated it as a gift for the nation’s daughters and their families on August 6, 1998.
