First Presbyterian Day School or FPD is a private college-preparatory Christian school in Macon, Georgia, United States. It was founded in 1970 as a project of First Presbyterian Church in Macon.
The school has about 1000 students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade.[1] In 2013 FPD opened a satellite campus, FPD Downtown, at First Presbyterian Church.[2] The school colors are red and black and the school mascot is the Viking.
FPD is a member of Christian Schools International,[1] of the Georgia High School Association[citation needed] and of the College Board.[citation needed] It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.[citation needed]

Athletics
From the fall of 2010 FPD competed in the Georgia High School Association. 2010 was its last year in the Georgia Independent School Association.[3]
Academics
The Elementary School was named a national Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education in 2003, and the Middle School was named a national Blue Ribbon School in 2012.[4]
