Guysborough—Sheet Harbour is a former provincial electoral district in Nova Scotia, Canada which existed from 2003-2013. It elected one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. In its last configuration, the electoral district included the entirety of Guysborough County (including the Municipality of the District of St. Mary's, Municipality of the District of Guysborough, Town of Canso and Town of Mulgrave, as well as a section in the eastern part of the Halifax Regional Municipality.
The electoral district was created in 2003 by merging sections of the electoral districts of Guysborough-Port Hawkesbury as well as Eastern Shore. The electoral district was abolished following the 2012 electoral boundary review and was largely replaced by the new electoral district of Guysborough–Eastern Shore–Tracadie.
