The Rt. Rev. Horace MacCartie Eyre Price, DD, MA was a missionary of the Anglican Church.

Horace Price was born in Malvern into an ecclesiastical family on 3 August 1863: his father was the Rev. W. Salter Price. He was educated at Rossall School and Trinity College, Cambridge, and ordained in 1886. He was a CMS Missionary in Sierra Leone then a Curate in Wingfield, Suffolk before serving the Anglican Church in Japan where he eventually became Archdeacon of Osaka. In 1905 he became Bishop in Fukien, serving until 1918. Returning to England he was Archdeacon of Ely and a Canon Residentiary at the cathedral until his death on 21 November 1941.
