Janet Ely (born September 12, 1953 in Albuquerque, New Mexico) is a retired female diver from the United States, who twice represented her native country at the Summer Olympics: 1972 and 1976. In 1975 she claimed the world title in the Women's 10m Platform competition. Janet Ely coaches diving at the Mission Viejo Nadadores in Mission Viejo, California.[1]
