Joe Moody is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives, serving since 2013. Moody previously served in the legislature from 2009 to 2011. He defeated Dee Margo in races for the 78th district house seat in 2008 and 2012, while Margo defeated Moody in 2010.[1]
