Justice Traps The Guilty was an American comics magazine, a publication of the crime comics genre created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. The comic began with an October/November 1947 issue. It followed the successful revamping of Headline Comics (For The American Boy) by Simon and Kirby, beginning in March 1947.[1]

Justice Traps The Guilty returned to newsstands in the first part of 1948. Simon and Kirby accounted for the majority of the covers, along with one or two stories in each issue. Queen of the Speed Ball Mob in issue #4 (May 1948) tells the story of Belle Munson in flashback form, as told from her bed in a prison hospital. She confesses to the police who captured her.[2]

The last issue was #96, which was published in May 1958.[3]
