KJY-64 (sometimes referred to as Delaware County All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Davenport, Iowa, with transmitter located in Delaware, Iowa in Delaware County. The station identifies itself on-air as being in Delaware. However, online listings show it as Manchester.

This station was the last of a statewide expansion of the NOAA Weather Radio/All Hazards System that took place between 1997 and 2006. Before this, NWR reception was spotty, with listeners relying on distant signals from Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Dubuque, Maquoketa and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
