Kalyana Varman

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Kalyana Varman ruled Kamarupa from the Varman dynasty for the period of 422-426 A.D. He was son of Kamrupi king Bala Varman and queen Ratnavati. He married Gandharvavati and had successor to throne named Ganapati Varman.[1]

Some scholars opines that during the tenure of Kalayana Varman, kingdom of Davaka in central Assam was absorded by Kamarupa.
