Kasanui Station (笠縫駅 Kasanui-eki?) is a local railway station on Kintetsu Kashihara Line. It is located in Tawaramoto, Nara Prefecture, Japan, between Tawaramoto Station and Yamato-Yagi Station. It is near the Buddhist temple Jinraku-ji.

There are two side platforms with two tracks. There is the main gate in the north of the northbound platform and the extra gate in the north of the southbound platform.
