Kazunari Okayama (岡山 一成?, born 24 April 1978 in Sakai, Osaka) or Kang Il-Sung (Korean: 강일성, Hanja: 康一成) is a Japanese football defender of Korean descent who plays for Nara Club in the Kansai Soccer League.
In July 2009, Okayama signed for K-League side Pohang Steelers.[1]
