The list of episodes for the Nickelodeon sitcom True Jackson, VP. The series revolves around True Jackson (Keke Palmer), a fashion-savvy teenage girl who becomes the vice president of the youth apparel division of Mad Style, a fashion company based in New York City.

True enjoys the job at first but later sees that most people from the company don't like her ideas and personality. True considers quitting, but she instead changes her mind, after she's comforted by her boss's (Greg Proops) nephew, Jimmy (Robbie Amell), on whom she develops a crush.

Note: This episode was featured on iCarly: "Season 1: Volume 2" box set. Also, the series premiere was watched by 4.8 million viewers, making it the third highest-rated premiere for a live-action Nickelodeon series to date.

Note: When Ryan told True and Lulu about his new website, Ryan, The Other Moonwalker Guy.com, he did the moonwalk and did a spin while saying 'Hee Hee'. The moonwalk with a spin and 'Hee Hee' is a parody of Michael Jackson's style.

Amanda assigns True to look after a famous supermodel, Dakota North. At first she was very psyched because when Oscar (Ron Butler) tells her this. But True realizes that she is difficult to work with. True tells Dakota that she should go and have fun instead of being cranky and advises her to go to her friends party, but True doesn't realize that the conference is taking place that same day. True needs to find out what to do before the conference starts, or she'll be fired. True pretends to be Dakota but then is saved when the real Dakota shows up. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to get a girl working at Happy Berry Yum Yum (unknown if operated through Mad Style or independently) by convincing Lulu to pretend to be his girlfriend.

They then sign Ryan up for the expedition race, Ryan Sheckler goes undercover as Ryan to help him win which he does. Meanwhile, Amanda must be nice to make her new assistant, Dave not quit.

Note: In this episode Ryan says he doesn't know how to skateboard but in the previous episodes he is seen skateboarding into True's office and the lobby.

Meanwhile, Ryan is hired by Max to design a new website for the company, after joining in a meeting. Also, Amanda teaches Lulu about the stock market and she makes investments in funny-named companies that prove profitable.

Chewy runs over Kopelman, and gets into Mr. Madigan's piano. Thus, Ryan and Jimmy are forced to team up to get Chewy out of Mr. Madigan's office before any more trouble is caused.

Vivian pretends to be dumb to annoy Amanda,but in real life she is really smart. Meanwhile, Ryan uses a prank that he used in a dream to trick Amanda's new assistant, Laura. But, when Laura quits Ryan must perform Amanda's work without letting her know. Meanwhile True is ready to invite Jimmy, but in the last minute,Vivian shows up and True learns that Jimmy already asked Vivian to the dance. After that she is comforted by her friends an end up eating frozen yogurt.

When Mr. Madigan sees the design when it's not on paper he can tell that it is True's, not Jasper's, because of the lining. In the end Jasper gets fired. Meanwhile, Lulu helps Ryan prepare for his history test by making it believe he's on a game show in his mind.

Hank, Jimmy's mail room partner is retiring and a new girl named Sienna comes in to replace him. Jimmy and Sienna instantly catch each other's interest for their love of mail, making True jealous. True then wonders what her relationship with Jimmy is like at the moment. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to get accepted into the Junior Magicians Club (The JMC) but is beaten by a talented girl magician named Bernie. Max (who was once the greatest magician in the world) helps Ryan with his routine and Max once again squares off with magic rival, Donald the Delightful (French Stewart), who was once Max's assistant. Max explains that, years ago, he was a master magician, until during one trick he made Private Chris Murphy disappear and he went missing. Max was so ashamed that he left the world of magic forever, leaving his assistant Donald to steal his career and his girlfriend. True shows up at the postal ball that Jimmy and Sienna are attending, she is unable to get in the building. Jimmy comes out tells True that he has mutual feelings for her, they then share a kiss finally becoming a couple. Max then challenges Donald to a magic battle, and after wave after wave of equally impressive acts, Max attempts the disappearing trick again and accidentally makes Private Murphy reappear, winning Ryan's acceptance into the JMC.

In the series finale, True and the rest of the Mad Style staff go to Peru to attend Amanda and Brock's wedding. True wants to start her own fashion line, but can't, because she doesn't have enough money. But, True and her friends discover there's a $20,000 grand prize for whoever can find the Jewel of Peru, which was missing for a year. So the boys and the girls each try to find the criminal. Mikey J. tells Lulu he's moving away for a year and gives her a key for a gift, and Amanda hires Kelsey as her assistant for the wedding. True finds the jewel, but then she and her friends get caught by a criminal and are put in a cage on top of a volcano. They try to use their phones but fail. Lulu uses her key to unlock the door, which works. They return the jewel, and True tells Lulu to kiss Mikey J. to see if he really likes her. At the wedding, Max tells True that he is retiring to be a stay-at-home dad promoting her as the president of Mad Style. Since she was president, True changes the office and has teenagers help run the company.
