USS Perch	United States Navy	World War II: The Perch-class submarine was depth charged and damaged northwest of Soerabaja, Netherlands East Indies by Amatsukaze and Hatsukaze (both Imperial Japanese Navy). She was attacked the next day by Sazanami and Ushio (both Imperial Japanese Navy). These two ships attack her again on 3 March and she was scuttled by her crew.
