Master of Mosquiton (Japanese: マスターモスキートン, Hepburn: Masutā Mosukīton) is a Japanese manga series written by Hiroshi Negishi and Satoru Akahori and illustrated by Tsutomu Isomata about a girl named Hitomebore Inaho whose grandmother was in love with a vampire. Inaho appears to be a vampire expert and is obsessed with money. She meets a vampire at an all-girls Catholic high school. The manga was adapted into a 1996 original video animation series and was re-imagined into a 1997 anime televisions series.

Story

First Night: High school girl and Vampire

The beginning of the series starts with various wonders of the world just appearing out of nowhere and materializing in the middle of major cities. These wonders include the Easter Island Moai (stone heads) and Noah's ark. The series then takes place at an all-girl Catholic school, as Hitomebore Inaho, the most popular girl in school, is living her normal life. When school is out, Inaho returns to her home, where she is amused by the recent appearances in the major cities.

Later that day, a mystical circle appears in the middle of the Catholic school's courtyard. From the circle, a powerful vampire named Alucard Von Mosquiton appears in front of a school girl. Inaho hears what appears to be the girl screaming. Hopping out of her window, Inaho runs over to the school and sees the school girl appearing to be hypnotized. Inaho finds several other girls in the same condition as she searches for the vampire. She soon finds the vampire in a hall filled with school girls. Inaho throws holy water, crosses, bibles, and other objects at the vampire. The vampire doesn't appear to get any weaker, and soon his two guard elementals: Honoo, a fire elemental and Yuki, a snow and ice elemental, appear next to him. This soon leads to a chase that ends at the top of a tower were Inaho finds a stake. The stake seems to be effective, and Mosquiton backs away, but when the two guards attack Inaho, Mosquiton jumps forward into the stake, blocking the two attacks. The guards turn into kid versions of themselves. Inaho then sees a light outside the window, she grapples it and it becomes a beautiful diamond.

Inaho places the vampire into his coffin, and she uses a drop of her own blood as the catalyst to revive him.

Second Night: Magical circle and O-Parts

In the next episode, the revived Mosquiton becomes a World History teacher after the previous teacher named Mr.Katano leaves. All of the girls seem to be in love with him (probably an effect of him drinking their blood). Inaho asks Mosquiton to follow her. She takes the vampire to a mystical circle, the same one that Mosquiton appeared from. In the circle, there is a loin with a Metasoma. The creature leaves the circle and attacks the two. Inaho tells Mosquiton to defeat the creature. The creature escapes into the light coming from the circle. Just as the lights are about to take the creature to another dimension, Inaho sees a diamond just like hers in the beast's tail. Her greedy nature takes over, and she enters the light, and is taken away. Mosquiton and his guards go after her.

Inaho appears in a temple filled with sleeping creatures. She move towards a large door, but sees a priceless object. She picks it up, and a large creature comes out of it, causing Inaho to throw the object. The noise wakes the other creatures, which start flying toward her. She manages to get through and close the large door in time. Mosquiton soon comes to save her. Inaho see a large blue orb, which asks her if she wants to ask God anything. The orb ends up telling her about O-Parts, mystical objects that need an O-Key to be used. The loin creature shows up, as well as Mosquiton, and he attacks the creature, quickly killing it. The orb reveals to Inaho that the diamond she found in episode 1 was an O-Key, then the orb breaks, revealing an O-Part. Inaho uses the two together, only to find that they are incompatible. This causes a large explosion, and the temple and everything in it starts disappearing. The group hurries to find the circle, and go through it in time to make it out of the dimension.

After escaping, Inaho says that it is nothing and they start researching O-parts.

Third Night: Moon's Desert and Wolf Woman

Mosquiton and his guards buy dinner. Mosquiton buys Gyoza, and Honoo complains about it. Mosquiton tells the guards to bring it to the register. After they get out of the supermarket named 'Discount Supermarket', they were escorted home by Inaho's bulter. When they arrived, Inaho complains that they are late. They start eating, and Inaho talks to Mosquiton about Egyptian paper. They decide to go to Egypt that night.

After they arrive and search for a while, they find a construction area. As soon as they arrive, a monster flew towards them. As soon as Mosquiton attacks, the monster runs away. Afterward, they are attacked by several men, but Wolf Lady saves them. As Inaho is eating, Mosquiton and Wolf Lady talk about what they're digging for. That night, Wolf steals Inaho's pendant, and runs away. Mosquiton follows after her. Inaho wakes up and calls for the men, only to find that no one was there. When Mosquiton returns, saying he lost track of Wolf, they decide to check the silver pyramids. They encounter the monster from before, and Mosquiton fights it again. Wolf and her team arrive. Wolf and Inaho make it into the pyramids, but the door closes. Mosquiton manages to get inside and save Inaho from the traps within the pyramid. Mosquiton and Inaho get to the pharaoh's place just in time to confront Wolf. Mosquiton beats Wolf in battle, and another orb is found. The orb breaks, revealing an O-Part. Inaho tries to use her O-Key on it, only to find that the two are incompatible, which causes a large explosion. They hurry to escape as the building collapses.

The next day, Wolf starts working as a PE teacher at the Catholic Seirei school in Tokyo.

Fourth Night: Sexy Idol And Android

Mosquiton and his guards are looking for new house, because Inaho's is too small for them to live in. They find a house they sort of like. Mosquiton tries to eat the guide that's showing them around, but Inaho stops him. Inaho hears news from England about supernatural occurrences, and she gets excited.

They go to the England by magical cycle. They arrive at some graves, which Mosquiton tries to destroy, but Inaho stops him. A monster named Frankie Negger attacks them when Inaho finds an old book. After they escape, Inaho shows the others the book, called 'Monster's Friend'. They find Wolf Lady, and she joins up with them. They arrive at the castle, only to be attacked by Frankie again. Inaho and Mosquiton fight with many Zombies. With Wolf's help, they manage to defeat Frankie and the zombies, only to be attacked by Dr. Jerry, a man they had met earlier. Frankie rescues them, and they find another orb with an O-Part inside.

The next day, Frankie starts working as a Biology teacher at the Catholic Seirei school in Tokyo.

Fifth Night: Moai Everywhere and a Nervous Inaho

One night, the group goes to Easter Island. They think that the Moais are nice because they are happy to meet Inaho and the others. Inaho soon finds an orb, then the orb breaks, revealing an O-Part. Inaho tries to use her O-Key on it, but they are not compatible. The Moais begin attacking Inaho. Mosquiton and the others save Inaho. As Inaho complained about the Moais, a cute Moai named Ai-chan comes up to them. She loves him at once. Inaho decides to take Ai-chan home with her.

When they get back home, Wolf says she is tired. Frankie plans to give her a massage, but Wolf attacks him. The next day, Frankie waters flower in biology class, even though his girl students think he is strange.

Many little Moais appear on the mystery circle. In swim class, girls run away because Moais start appearing. Everyone starts panicking because Moais start appearing everywhere. The Moais start destroying everything in the school. Honoo and Yuki come to Inaho's aid, but prove ineffective against the Moai that keep appearing. To stop the panic, Mosquiton and his guards go to Easter Island through the mystery circle. Mosquiton and his guards (who changed into their adult bodies) go to the place where Inaho found Ai, and they destroy it. The Moais disappear from the school, and the panic ends.

Sixth Night: Dangerous Duo and The Riddle Within The Puzzle

It is storming outside. Monsters attack Mosquiton. He wakes up and realizes that it was dream. Inaho and the others are taking tests. At the pool, Wolf and her students are swimming. In Biology, Frankie and his students are learning about the bodies of frogs. As he goes to dissect it, the frog wakes up and run out of the classroom. At the faculty room, Mosquiton checks tests. Inaho comes in and asks Mosquiton to follow her. They decide to go to Mexico, but when they arrive at the mystery circle, Inaho has a fever. They go to Mexico anyway. Honoo and Yuki arrive shortly after. A researcher named Sanjelman and his secretary are talking about something, and Sanjelman smiles. They group makes their way into a room where an O-Part is located, and are attacked by a Golem. Inaho finds the O-Part, but then Sanjelman's secretary appears and turns into a big dog. Mosquiton's guards change into their adult bodies and fight, but they are beaten. The dog then attacks Mosquiton, who defeats him. Afterwards, the dog disappears. Mosquiton and the others travel back home. Inaho tries to use her O-Key on the O-Part she retrieved, but the two are incompatible. Inaho is angered over this. Meanwhile, Sanjelman and Camille are planning to get more O-parts.

Seventh Night: Kiss and treacherous Jungle

One night the researcher team came to the mysterious temple. They found the O-parts,but they were attacked by the monster which uses the water attack. At midnight, Wolflady is walking in the midnight school. Wolf lady steals Inaho's necklaces, only to be found by Mosquiton who ran after the butterflies which tell where the O-parts is. Inaho says that it was the faken with pheromones, and she shows the book to Wolflady. The next day, Inaho says that The O-parts was found and said that it is time to leave with Frankie and Wolflady. They go to Cambodia at night. They got on the motor boat. Also, Mosquiton was attacked by Leeches. But Frankie ate it. They got into the foggy area, so they decided to rest in the boat. Wolflady attaches to Mosquiton. Mosquiton tells Wolflady not to attach to Inaho. But she tells the reasons why she wants the O-parts. And she drinks the Cantarella to mosquiton, and she throws him to the sea. At the next morning, Wolflady tells inaho that they can see the old ship. They get into the old ship, and they are attacked by the big monster. They run away from the ship. Inaho tells Wolflady to wake Mosquiton up,but she steals the Inaho's necklaces. Mosquiton wakes up in the sea, and he attacks the monster, and he gets out of the sea. Frankie keeps Inaho in the room. Wolflady gets into the old temple. Mosquiton was attacked by the big monster. Inaho cheats frankie, and she gets out of the room. wolflady finds the O-parts, but it was trick by Inaho. Mosquiton arrives to the castle. they attacked by the monster. Frankie drops the O-parts into the sea, Inaho and Wolflady finds it. Mosquiton is fighting to the monster, and he beats it. Inaho finds the O-Parts, but it is mistake. Frankie kisses to Wolflady.

Eighth Night: Junk toys and forbidden plays

Inaho misses O-parts, while Honoo and Yuki are cleaning Inaho's house. They complain to Inaho, but Inaho tells them to work. Honoo and Yuki help Mosquiton, but Mosquiton is glad to see many old things in Inaho's house. Inaho's servant explains many old things to Mosquiton. Inaho and Honoo complains, meanwhile Inaho says that she'll throw old things, but she finds the map where O-parts are, Shangri-la. Inaho Tells Honoo and Yuki to clean the room, and they find the old toy. They go there without wolflady and Frankie. They arrive Shangri-la. Meanwhile, Honoo and Yuki check the old toy and play in this game which links to Shangri-la. Inaho's servant tells that the tea is ready. Meanwhile, He tries to throw that toy, Honoo and Yuki hurries to save Mosquiton and Inaho, they managed to save them. By the way, O-part is fake. After that, Inaho's servant tells that the other toy is found. But Inaho and her mates shut that They don't want.

Ninth Night: Namahage girl and Yakisoba shop

It is seiryo school festival. Inaho walks around the school and cheer up students and talks with her principal. Meanwhile, the girl named Komachi Akita appears in front of the gate. At night, Inaho checks the budget for the festival. Soon she hears the noise and dashes to the stairs. Inaho finds that it was caused by Komachi Akita, one of the Inaho's relatives. She is angry because she did not get the letter from Inaho. They begin to walk. Komachi is furious because she was born 5 minutes late. But Inaho is not interested in Komachi's talk. But Inaho talks against Komachi. In the evening, Komachi takes Inaho's photos. Inaho walks to the Mosquiton's house. Inaho says Mosquiton's room is nice, but Mosquiton complains. Inaho and Mosquiton drink the tomato juice with calling Honoo and Yuki. Inaho tells Mosquiton to watch Komachi. Mosquiton takes nap, but he was awaken by Inaho. At the school festival, Inaho and her students get dressed. Komachi enters the teachers' room and finds Mosquiton. Mosquiton says what Inaho tells him to do. He also tries to get the blood from Komachi, only to bite her camera. But Komachi says this camera shows Inaho and Mosquiton's relatives, only to find out that it is empty. Komachi leaves room, soon Mosquiton tries to bite Komachi, but Inaho says that it is forbidden. Mosquiton decides to open umbrella repair shop, that makes Honoo and Yuki unhappy. But they work for Mosquiton. Inaho also tells Frankie to lock on Komachi. He finds Komachi and wolf lady at the gate. Inaho looks Komachi from the window. Komachi beats many shops. Soon Inaho appears and takes her to the principal room and tells her to read all the books for Hitomebore families to tricks Komachi. It is night. Komachi is furious. Inaho takes Komachi to the fire walking on the coals area presented by Yamabushi club. They decide to fight there. Mosquiton secretly tells Yuki to freeze the area, so inaho can run. Komachi leaves the school, and Inaho plays the game. Mosquiton tells that it is trick, that makes Inaho furious.

Tenth Night: School trip and Nazca's queen

The students are going back to Japan from the school trip by Inaho's plain. Mosquiton is sleeping and dreaming, even though students are talking to him. Wolflasy is listening to music, Frankie is carrying the bags. Inaho says it needs passwords to enter. Inaho tells Frankie to bring some bags and she expects the treasures will be sold for 300 million yen and she calls Mosquiton and Wolf lady. They start for using portable magic circle paper found by Inaho's butler to bring to Inaho's house. Wolf helps Inaho and Mosquiton to bring many surveniors from South America, only to be sent to the rest room in the airport. Inaho finds out Nazca's mask is gone, but her friend finds and puts on it from Frankie. Meanwhile, police are researching what happens in the airport, they do not know what is happening outside. In the plane, Amanogawa is mind- broke by the mask and she is flying. Mosquiton says that she is anemic. Frankie also helps Inaho, and they get the news which foces that airport is filled with desert from TV. They get panic. The police arrive to the airport and clean the area. Inaho tells Frankie and Wolf to clam students down. Inaho and Mosquiton talk about the plan about using the other portable magic circle paper and go to Nazca. Meanwhile Honoo and Yuki heard the news which many surveniors from South America caused by Inaho. Student are panicking in the plain, meanwhile, Inaho and Mosquiton research for O-parts. They also escape from big spider, the fire engines and patrol cars arrive at the airport. Mosquiton kills the big monster, meanwhile, the plane decides to get on the emergency. Inaho checks O-parts, only to finds it is wrong, and the deserts disappear, so plane can land on the area, they are saved, including Wolf and Frankie. Mosquiton says it is happy end, but Inaho is sad because O-part is wrong.

Eleventh Night:The desert town and the prince

One night, in the castle, the prince named Solon is walking toward to the statue, which O-part is in there. inaho smiles at the scene. In the holiday morning, Mosquiton and his colleges are fixing the roofs. Mosquiton and Wolf are complaining, but Frankie is enjoying. Honoo plans that call the repairing staffs, but Inaho says that saving is the best. While Inaho is disappointing because she does not have nice buddies, Yuki says, `You will marry with money, right?`, but Inaho says she has the perfect man, the prince. She imagines that the handsome and rich prince is very nice, which makes Honoo and Yuki say, `Whatever?`. Soon Inaho gets an e-mail that O-part is found in the Rolan ruins in Saudi Arabia, so she tells Mosquiton to go there right now. Also, Inaho tells Frankie and Wolf lady to fix all of the roofs until Inaho and her mates back at the evening. Inaho and her mates arrive at the desert. They get into the old ruins, with using Honoo's fire on his finger. They walk toward to the center of the ruins. After all, they reach to the big room which many graves are there. Inaho finds many jewels and big grave which is Solon is sleeping. That makes Inaho falls in love with the prince. Prince Solon wakes up, and they start for Solon and Inaho's wedding. These made Mosquiton and his gurdes disappointed. After that, Inaho is treated by Solon's guards and dressed as the princess by golden jewels, and she enjoys watching the boxing games, Mosquiton and his guards are ignored. Inaho and Solon are traveling on the elephant. Honoo and Yuki plan that they would go back, but Mosquiton doesn't feel like that, so they decide to find the O-parts at the old ruins. They hear the monster named Lou at the ruins, so Honoo and Yuki transform to their adult style, and they start to attack. Inaho finds the O-parts, so she tries to dash, But Solon refuses, but Inaho goes to find the o-part. Meanwhile, Lou attacks Mosquiton and his guards and catches Inaho. Mosquiton manages to save Inaho. And they find the o-part. Inaho wishes it is true, only to it is fake. And fireworks show the words, idiot. Solon says that he would find the nice lady, so he sleeps again with his guards.

Twelfth Night:Jealously and Tokyo's last day

It is Xmas season, so Inaho is making the present for Mosquiton. Meanwhile, Mosquiton is thinking about his fates between Inaho's family. Mosquiton says that he has a secret, but Inaho says she hates him, even though she gave the present. Meanwhile, Tokyo, the big pyramid appeared in the junction. At the hotel Sanjelman is looking at the pyramid. At school they see Inaho is kidnapped by Sanjelman. They run after Sanjelman. Honoo and Yuki tell that news to Mosquiton, so they dash to save Inaho. They fight at the pyramid. Inaho knows that all of the strange case is happened by Sanjelman then. Mosquiton not only fights Sanjelman and his mates, but also he bites Inaho to swallow her blood. But Mosquiton disapperars. It continues to next episode.

Thirteenth Night:Complete berserk and Merry Xmas

Tokyo is destroyed by the battle. They research for Mosquiton. Inaho finds Mosquiton, only to find he has lost his mind. That makes his mates disappointed. At Inaho's house, Honoo says, 'His vampire instincts has awakened!', but they don't why it is happened. Inaho's butler says that it is the fake of life. By the way Inaho is guarded by many strict security guards. Mosquiton comes to Inaho's house, so they start to attack, only to it is no use. Inaho Manages to beat Mosquiton, only to find that Mosquiton is dead, which makes inaho crying. It continues to next episode.

Fourteenth Night:The sleeping Man and non sleeping woman

Inaho tries to revive Mosquiton outside. Honoo and Yuki are thinking about why Mosquiton is dead. Inaho and her mates including her butler try to do that, only to they find that they don't go well. Inaho writes her diary and her money note. After that, they find that Mosquition is rivived, which makes Inaho crying. Mosquiton smiles. Inaho's butler puts Mosquiton doll and Inaho doll in her room.

Fifteen Night:Training Device and Transfer student

Mosquiton sees the dream about fighting the knights. He oversleeps by that. He prepares to go to school. He sometimes looks his back because he feels that he is marked by someone. Inaho and Mosquiton meet the transfer student named Chris Dharmpire. She gives garlic to Mosquiton, only to Inaho says that it is forbidden. Chris is welcomed by students. At the lunch time, Students talk about Mosquiton, which makes Chris furious. Chris attacks Mosquiton, but Inaho and her mates stop her because Inaho and Mosquiton call by phone, but they find that Chris is boy. He says that all training for beating Mosquiton is vain. They walk toward to the school. The next morning, Mosquiton is yawning because Chris is staying at Mosquiton's house. He is totally controlled by Chris. Inaho manages to beat Chris, but he trains Mosquiton. Inaho takes Mosquiton to find the O-parts. But Chris attacks them. But Inaho beats him by magic, so Chris becomes donating blood staff.

Sixteenth Night: Vengeful Komachi and Auction

Inaho and her mates go to the beach for vacation. Honoo and Yuki sell foods, while Inaho is reading and Wolf Lady and Frankie are swimming. komachi is following them and looking at them at the hotel. Mosquiton is guarding at the auction stage. Inaho and Wolf lady are talking about O-parts. Wolff says that Komachi is looking at Inaho, but Inaho says, `Don't worry.` In the evening, auction is held, while komachi is peeping. komachi starts attacking her, but Inaho attacks her. Honoo and Yuki look at them at the copter. But police comes there and arrest Komachi led by Inaho's butler. They get on the ship, Inaho checks the O-parts, only to find that it is fake. But she finds the parts of them, and she believes that it will be sold by high grades.

Seventeenth Night: Komachi Again and Yayoi era

One night, Komachi and scarecrows are standing on the roof. they get into the school and one is reading the book and the other is peeping at Inaho's bath time. Mosquiton comes to the area, and they scarecrows run away. Honoo and Yuki, and Inaho believes that Mosquiton peeps Inaho, but he says it is wrong. Komachi shows the book calls Inaho's book, and Inaho and Mosquiton dash outside. Komachi tells scarecrows team to wipe Inaho and Mosquiton by sparrows and rice, but they are beat by Inaho and Mosquiton. Honoo and Yuki help them. Suddenly, the book shines and dogu appears. Wolf lady and Frankie come to Inaho. Dogu takes Komachi to Yayoi era. Suddenly, the japanese tomb named Kohun appears. Inaho and her mates except Komachi decide to find the o-parts. While they are reating under the tree, Inaho meets 2 girls in her school, only to they believes Inaho is Himiko. But Komachi appears there and says that she is Himiko. Inaho runs away but Komachi tells her servant to chase Inaho and eats the food with scarecrows team. Mosquiton and his mates look for the book, but it is difficult. Wolf lady finds the food and they eat them. Inaho and Mosquiton go to the space where Komachi is, and they fight with Komachi. Suddenly, Dogu gets angry and becomes the big monster. Mosquiton gets back the book, and they beat the monster. they get back to the modern era. Komachi says she wins,but Inaho and her mates say that it is wrong.

Eighteenth Night: Chocolate and the taboo holy land

One night, 2 researchers find the big footprint on the ground. As soon as they start to research, the big manmonth appears. The researchers run away. Inaho and Mosquiton read the news and they find out there is O-part. Meanwhile, Wolf lady wakes up from her nightmare. The next morning, Inaho and her mates except Honoo and Yuki go to find the o-part. Honoo and Yuki are left. As soon as they arrive, they get sleep except Mosquiton because of the brizzard. After They wake up, they find that they are in the forest. They walk in the forest. They find the gate, and Mosquiton tells Inaho to go back because this gate goes through to the taboo holy land. Suddenly the arrow hits to Mosquiton, that makes him monkey. Wolf lady and Frankie run after the kelos that shoots the arrow and they find the researcher. The researcher guides the forest. Kelos appears and attacks them, Frankie changes into the dog. At cnight, they sleep by the fire. The next morning, Inaho and her mates go to find the o-part. Except Wolf lady because she wants to fight the kelos, only to change herself to the bird. While they are walking, the guide is lost. They get to the opposite site of the gate, and Kelos attacks and becomes the big monster. Her mates attack to the monster. The guardian appears and shows o-part, so he tells Inaho to make her dream come true. Inaho puts the key, and they get back to the real world.

Nineteenth Night: The mecanical old man and material mountains

One night, the inventer, actually his real body is robot is in big trouble. Meanwhile, Inaho and her mates go back from looking for O-parts, only to it is false. After they get into the school, Inaho says that the big news, which the o-parts exhibition is held in that night comes in. They get into the big space. The researching robot hired by the inventer is seeking them. He must capture them. Except Inaho gets into the trap. Inaho tries to get the o-parts, only to it is false. Except Inaho arrives to the inventer's office and they get the trap. Inventer tells them to give the o-parts. Inaho meets Honoo and Yuki. They also get the trap. Invenders sets the machine to find what Inaho's mate are dreaming. He makes their dream real, onlt to false. He also uses big robot to attack them. Inaho and honoo and Yuki also gets the trap, and they are free by Mosquiton. Inaho gets the real information by Frankie, and she asks the inventer to invent the o-parts, only to false. Wolf lady says that Inaho's mental is so strong. Inaho says that o-parts are all hers.

Characters

Alucard von Mosquiton- He's in love with Inaho, but feels like it's one-sided. He's basically Inaho's "pet" Vampire and manservant, but he obeys her willingly and even seems to find her a bit intimidating at times. He constantly puts himself at risk to either protect Inaho or do her bidding. He also somewhat jokes-states in the Forth night episode that he is a pacifist, even though he drinks women's blood.

Inaho Hitomibore- She's in love with money and Mosquiton, but money always comes first. She often ignores Mosquiton's pleas for acknowledgment and blames him for her mistakes.

Honoo- Mosquiton's servant. Controls fire.

Yuki- Mosquiton's servant. Controls ice.

Wolf Lady- Wears cursed rings forced on her by a wizard she refused to marry. If a man touches her, she starts howling and snarling, but doesn't actually transform. She goes back and forth between being Inaho's untrustworthy/unwilling servant and being a concerned friend.

Frankie Negger- Braindead and gullible, but friendly and lovable. He has the biggest crush on Wolf Lady. He's a sort of Frankenstein-type monster.

Kumachi Akita- A relative of Inaho who's bent on inheriting the family name.

Ai- Inaho's pet that she picked up on Easter Island in "Fifth Night". When it first appeared, it was basically a miniature creature with the exact likeness of the Easter Island Moais(with its body intact). At the end of the episode, it transformed (while playing dead) into a "simian-like" creature, with green eyes. Ai doesn't talk, but makes noises to express itself.

Earl St. German- Mosquiton's enemy. He is malevolent, intelligent, cunning, and ruthless. German holds an extreme dislike for Mosquiton.

Camille Inaho Carmilla- The first person that Mosquiton turned into a vampire, and ancestor to Inaho Hitomibore. She wishes to reunite with Mosquiton.

The story in the OVA differs slightly from the manga plot. A pyramid appears in London which causes Inaho's heirloom earring to glow, she emotionally blackmails Mosquiton into helping her get to London from Shanghai despite his cautioning about the dangers and that immortality is not what she thinks it is like.

Meanwhile in London, Count St Germaine influences the army to investigate the pyramid regardless of the cost in man power to the pyramids defenses (traps and animated mummies). It is revealed that despite being a vampire himself, he is the servant of the mysterious Grigori Rasputin. Rasputin knows much about the pyramid and its creators, beings called the Starlords, and he urges the Count to find the Oopart at all costs.

Inaho and company arrive in London and eventually infiltrate the pyramid, attracting St. Germaine's notice. He follows them inside and confronts Mosquiton and his elemental servants. Mosquiton is forced to drink Inaho's blood to gain the strength necessary to fight the Count and succeeds in driving him off. However, the taste of human blood awaken's Mosquiton's vampiric nature and he attacks Inaho in a frenzy, stopped only by a hastily brandished stake left behind by St. Germaine.

Inaho revives Mosquiton using the same ritual shown in flashback she used to first awaken him. The group continue further into the pyramid, and experience some strange disorientation and a vision of seeing the Earth from space (although they don't know this at the time, having no contemporary knowledge of what that looks like in the 1920s). The Oopart is found but taking it awakens the Guardians -a woman fused with a sphinx- that chase the group to the exterior of the pyramid. Mosquiton is once again force to rely on Inaho's blood, triumphs over the guardians and is prevented from exsanguinating Inaho by St. Germaine. The Oopart is snatched from everyone's grasp by a blue ray from the sky. This allows Rasputin to determine that the moon is the key to the Starlords method of harvesting the life on the planet.

Inaho and company take a boat back to Shanghai, during the voyage they discover a scientist who has a photograph of a pyramid on the moon -which Inaho steals- and they encounter Mosquiton's wife on the ship, Camille Inaho Carmilla. Camille is quite interested in reigniting their relationship after a 300 year absence; driving young Inaho into a violent fit of rage that results in the ship being accidentally scuttled. Inaho and company escape via their plane leaving a besotted Camille standing on the water amid the wreckage and lifeboats.

Camille tracks Mosquiton back to Inaho's clock store in Shanghai. During some bickering with Inaho over this love triangle Inaho's finger is cut by some deliberately broken pottery and Mosquiton begins to suck on her blood. This reverts Mosquiton to his vampiric nature and it becomes quite obvious that Camille and Mosquiton's relationship has sadomasochistic domination/submission overtones. Inaho stops this rekindling with a stake to Mosquiton's heart, and again reanimates him with her blood ritual. Camille seems to accept Inaho's hold on Mosquiton and asks only to be with him and serve the household. This seems to be part of a ruse to demonstrate just how helpless and useless at domestic life Inaho is and how Inaho's life is a mere flicker in the life of an immortal. it undermines Inaho's confidence in her relationship with Mosquiton so much that she renounces her blood bond with him. Mosquiton refuses to leave her though -much like he once refused to leave her grandmother- and when they are about to kiss, Camille in a rage stakes Mosquiton and then psychokinetically wraps up his ashes and flees. Inaho and Mosquiton's servants pursue her, unwittingly heading towards a large pyramid structure that Rasputin and St. Germaine have constructed nearby as bait for the Starlords' harvest.

The two women metaphorically play football with Mosquiton's remains while his servants bemusedly follow along. Camille almost performs Inaho's blood ritual on Mosquiton, only to be interrupted by Inaho shooting her with a pistol. During the ensuing struggle Inaho's lips are bloodied and she kisses Mosquiton's ashes, reincorporating him at the moment the Starlords take the bait and transmit the whole structure with them, Rasputin and St.Germaine to the moon's surface as they begin the harvest of the life energy of the planet.

St.Germaine comes to fight Mosquiton and Camille, requiring Inaho to give Mosquiton some of her blood. The fight drags the vampires onto the Moon's surface leaving Inaho, Hoono and Yuki to go find the Oopart. Once they do that they try to find a way back to Earth and encounter Rasputin. Rasputin is actually the assumed identity of a Starlord who was banished to Earth millennia ago who has been shaping human development enough that their technology could help him get revenge on his fellows. He misleads Inaho about how he can use the Oopart to help her get home so that he can turn the life energy of the planet into a weapon against his homeworld. When Inaho tries to stop him it is revealed that much of his body is now mechanical, and he mockingly grants her the immortality she sought so that she can preside over the dead planet for eternity.

Outside Camille becomes mortally wounded before Mosquiton can kill St.Germaine. St.Germaine's ashes are scattered in space and Camille's fall to the surface. Mosquiton re-enters the pyramid in time to destroy Rasputin and send Inaho back to Earth before destroying the Oopart and the Pyramid. Inaho and the stolen life essence return to Earth. The final scene is Inaho sitting alone in her store filled with clocks remembering her life with Mosquiton, Hoono and Yuki. She vows she will not cry for she knows one day he will return to her.
