Nacho Azofra
Nacho Azofra (born July 23, 1969 in Madrid, Spain) is Spanish basketball player, who has just returned from his retirement to his all time club, MMT Estudiantes.
A 1.81 m tall creative point guard, he led the Euroleague in assists with 5.6 per game in 1993. He spent almost his whole career playing for Estudiantes with which he reached a Euroleague Final Four in 1992 and a Korać Cup final in 1999. He is considered as being one of the emblematic figures of the club.
Azofra has been a member of the Spanish national basketball team and took part in the 1998 FIBA World Championship. He played 705 games in the ACB League, the third most in ACB history.[1]
