Naoki Matoba (的場 直樹, born May 9, 1977 in Osaka) is a Japanese professional baseball catcher for the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. He previously played for the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks/Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks in 2000, and from 2003 to 2008.
