Netrnoi Sor Vorasingh

Netrnoi Sor Vorasingh (born 1959-04-22 in Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province and died 1982-12-03) was a Thai world boxing champion. His realname was Net Ladnork.

Sor Vorasingh turned pro in 1975 at the age of fifteen, and in 1977 won the WBC light flyweight title with a decision win over Luis Estaba. On September 30, 1978, Sung-Jun Kim of Korea knocked out Sor Vorasingh in three rounds. At nineteen years and 5 months old, the 4’10” southpaw Sor Vorasingh was the youngest fighter to ever lose a world title.[1] In 1981 Sor Vorasingh challenged WBC light flyweight title holder Hilario Zapata but lost via TKO.

Death

Vorasingh died on December 3, 1982 in a motorcycle accident.[2] He had a record of 29 wins and 7 losses, with 15 wins by knockout.
