Oujda-Angad Prefecture (Berber: Wejda - Angad, ⵡⴻⵊⴷⴰ - ⴰⵏⴳⴰⴷ; Arabic: وجدة) is a prefecture located within the Oriental Region, and in the northeastern Rif area, of northeast Morocco.
The prefecture had an estimated population of 470,000 in 2004.
Geography
The prefecture's eastern boundary is along Algeria−Morocco border.
The city of Oujda is the capital of Oujda-Angad Prefecture and the Oriental Region.
