Ronald Michael Kostelnik (January 14, 1940 in Colver, Pennsylvania - January 29, 1993 on Interstate 75, Kentucky) was an American football player.
Son of Polish American miner.[1] Kostelnik died when he suffered a heart attack and lost control of his car on Interstate 75 in Kentucky. He was 53.
