South Extension is a neighbourhood of South Delhi, India.considered to be one of the posh area in Delhi,it is also the home to some of the wealthiest business families in Delhi. Situated on Ring Road, Delhi, just east of All India Institute of Medical Sciences. It is divided into two parts - South Extension I and South Extension II .
A Delhi Metro station is also planned in South Extension as part of Metro's Phase III extension.
Description
Located on Ring Road, South Extension (known to locals as "SouthEx") is a huge neighborhood in South Delhi and is divided into two parts: South Extension I and South Extension II. South Extension is considered one of the most posh & expensive area in Delhi.
