Stanley Richard Clarke (born 31 July 1939) is an English former competition swimmer who swam for Great Britain in the Olympics and European championships, and competed for England in the Commonwealth Games. Clarke won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay at the 1962 European Aquatics Championships.[1] He finished seventh in the same event at the 1960 Summer Olympics.[2]

As of 2012, he was still competing and winning national titles in the masters category.[3][4]
