Twin Hearts is a Philippine television series produced by GMA Network and directed by Dominic Zapata and Erick Salud. This drama series is all about love, destiny, letting go and moving on. In 2009-2010, it was aired worldwide on GMA Life TV.

Premise

Adrian and Iris find a great love in each other. Everything seems so perfect with this young couple, until a tragic event happens. Iris dies. Adelle, Iris' mother, decides to donate her daughter's heart to a patient, Althea, a young lady who is suffering a fatal heart attack and will undergo heart transplant. Iris' death causes Adrian to suffer, as he can't let go all the memories of his beloved girlfriend. He also vows not to fall in love again. Until fate leads him to meet Althea. Both Adrian and Althea are fascinated for what they have feel whenever each one of them is around; their hearts oddly beat faster and a warm feeling radiates between them every time their eyes meet. Will Adrian ever get a chance to know that Althea carries the heart of his departed girlfriend? Will he finally move on and open his heart for another girl, another love?
