Warren Griffin III (born November 10, 1970)[1][better source needed] better known by his stage name Warren G, is an American West Coast rapper and hip hop producer.

Career

From June to September 2013, Warren G toured on the West Coast Fest tour.[2]

On July 13, 2015, Warren G released the first single "My House[3]" for his upcoming EP "Regulate.. G Funk Era, Pt. II" which also features Nate Dogg. The EP was released on August 6, 2015.

Personal life

Warren G is the step-brother of rapper and producer Dr. Dre, who brought him into the rap scene. The Mayor of Long Beach, California dedicated the week of August 1 to 6, 2005 as the "Warren G Week," because he donated time to the community.[4]
