Wynonna Earp is a Canadian[1] Western horror[2] television series based on the comic book series by Beau Smith, developed for television by Emily Andras. Syfy placed a 13-episode order in July 2015.[3] The series started production in September 2015[4] and began airing on April 1, 2016.[5]
