Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We issue store credit for eligible return items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping and Fees

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the order to La Belle Gina Boutique. There is also a $9.99 restocking fee.

Return Processing Time

Upon receipt of your return package, your store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
