Life is Beautiful has created guidelines to protect our community in today’s highly connected, digital world. Our platform exists to exchange stories, support one another, and cultivate community beyond our three day festival. We believe in a world that defaults to optimism and radiates a welcoming energy. We encourage you to interact with us and the rest of the Life is Beautiful community in the same way. Here are the rules of engagement:
Sensitive Content
As an all-ages festival, nudity, sexual gratifying content and/or sexually inappropriate comments are not allowed on Life is Beautiful social channels.
Spam and deceptive behaviour
The promotion of or vending of goods from brands other than Life is Beautiful Festival and festival sponsors/partners is strictly prohibited. Content and comment practices designed to mislead or spam the Life is Beautiful audience are prohibited.
Violent or dangerous content
Violent or graphic content will not be tolerated. Comments that praise or promote violent or criminal organizations are not allowed. Comments or content that promote violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on attributes will be removed and reported. Included, but not limited to: age, race, gender, sexuality, or religion. Stereotypes and slurs are qualified as hate speech and will be reported. We look to foster an open and safe community. Therefore, comment or behavior meant to harass, bully, or threaten is strictly prohibited. This excludes comments where audience members are sharing opinions (even when we do not necessarily align to those beliefs).
