Using a co-design approach where the stakeholders are involved in all the research process including knowledge translation to ensure cultural responsiveness and alignment with their perceived needs. It should be a reiterative process beyond feedback.

Create a tailored engagement plan for each stakeholder group based on their characteristics and your research objectives. This should include setting out your communication methods (whether these re surveys, interviews, focus groups etc.), the frequency of engagement(s), and the type of information to be shared and collected. You can tailor this sructure aroud the types of research or evaluation you are conducting (e.g. summative, formal, performance, outcome etc..). For example, a structure where this can be applied for caputuring ongoing insights and learning are ALS's or Emergent Learning Sessions (both itirative, structured, as well as agile).
