De-clutter!! I can very well relate to this when I was a recruiter and now when I am a nurse. I have multiple tasks and things to do at once. I start with a big deep breath, and doesn’t matter whichever field you are working in- jot down what all need to be done. Secondly, prioritise, which is more imo, focus on that or also if there are some short time ones- get it done and out of your way. Third- ask for help. There is no shame in asking for help and extra hands on board are always good. Lastly, ask for more time on some of the tasks. Negotiate the timings by giving valid points and facts and probably something extra on top when the task is done. This will make other person appreciate as well.

You must provide clear boundaries for those who can prevent you from completing the scheduled deadline. 3. Set the fastest completion time if there are almost the same deadlines for various types of work.
