Uma maneira inteligente de equilibrar a quantidade e a qualidade, de início enum reutilização do que já produzido, medir as necessidades de melhoria, avaliar a viabilidade dos pilares, medição constante, e a frente com as ações de melhoria no processo quantitativo, tende-se se ter quantitativo de qualidade, sem retrabalho e refugo.

Quantidade e qualidade são um dilema nas empresas. Você quer ir mais rápido mas sem abrir mão da qualidade, ou se vai mais rápido e a qualidade cai. É como um corredor de maratona, não se pode ir mais rápido nem mais devagar a fim de preservar as energias. Assim é com os produtos da empresa. Não dá pra fazer muito mais com o que se tem. Quer Quantidade? Invista em equipamentos. Quer qualidade? Invista em pessoas.
