Ticket Changes: Fly tickets can be changed, but a change fee and any fare difference will apply.

In-Flight Service: Cabin service is available on flights over 45 minutes and offered on shorter flights (>30 mins) when time and safety allow.
Same-Day Flight Changes: Changes to earlier flights on the same day are possible, subject to seat availability and may incur a fare difference.
Missed Flight Policy: Fly Flex+ customers can book a £60 rescue fare for the next available flight on the same or following day, provided it is not fully booked.
