Continuity mistake: When Snow White comes back to life, she shows up at the castle and removes her hood. The way her hood falls around her shoulders differs between shots, plus the right side of the collar of her dress suddenly stands out between shots.
Continuity mistake: Snow White picks the apple from the aged queen, then the shot changes to show her turning the apple around. The shot swaps back to the previous front shot, and the apple is back in its original position, and she turns it around again.
Continuity mistake: Snow White is holding the door while talking to the aged Queen, but from the shots from behind, her hands are away.
Continuity mistake: When the Queen drinks the potion to become old, there are sudden cuts between close-up and middle shots back and forth. Her fingers are close to the brim of the cup in the close-ups, but away from it in the wide angles.
Continuity mistake: When young Snow White places the flower crown on the girl, her braid swaps sides between shots.

Continuity mistake: The queen holds Snow White's necklace and reads the engraving with her fingers extended. An instant cut later, her fingers have a totally different position.
Deliberate mistake: When Snow White opens the door and sees the aged queen, Snow White stands inches away from the door, but in the shots from behind, there's a big gap of at least half a metre between her and the door to allow us to see the queen. Deliberate it is, but a mistake, nonetheless.
