The wood is cut and shaped and the edges are rounded. Several coats of exterior primer and paint are applied to protect the board. Then the vinyl design is applied to the surfboard. Next we apply multiple layers of a protective coating over the entire board, front and back. Sawtooth hanging hooks are provided but are not installed.
