When you think of a minimalist capsule wardrobe your mind usually goes to a beautiful set of neutrals, clean lines, simple silhouettes, subtle accessories, and no patterns, but I like to try to step outside the box.

I never know whether to call these particular posts an edgy capsule wardrobe or a rock capsule wardrobe. The words seem almost synonymous to me since they have a lot of the same characteristics. There is so much overlap in fashion, but in all honesty, these are two distinct styles, so I always need to look and see which one it seems to be leaning towards before I choose.

What goes around comes around and when it comes to fashion it seems to be coming around faster every season. It seems like we just stored away our skinny jeans and here they are coming back. I feel like this iteration of indie sleaze will have more variation than before, and that it will favour other fits of jeans aside from skinnies since our eyes have been opened to the world of relaxed denim.
