Ingredients:-
4-5 dates
500 ml or 2 cups milk (boiled and chilled)
Some chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder 
Pinch of saffron for color (soaked in 2-3 tbsp hot milk for 20 minutes)
1 tbsp chia seeds/ sabja ka beej, (soaked in 1/2 cup water for an hour 
1 apple
Ice cubes
Deseed the dates, soak into 1 cup milk for at least 15-20 minutes then grind until Healthy Shakes, Milk Shake, Cardamom Powder, Indian Recipes, Refined Sugar Free, Refined Sugar, Ice Cubes, Chia Seeds, Mocktails
