This one is important to help fix: ✅ shoulder posture ✅ optimize ribcage over pelvic posture ✅ help activate your core more efficiently  ✅ help you move better in general.   Thoracic and rib mobility is so important in order for OTHER areas of the body to move more efficiently.   Tip 💡 1️⃣ Make sure you are NEVER arching your back during this exercise (or flaring your front ribs).
