Nine types of facial movements considering left-right symmetry at rest and each branch of the facial nerve are graded into three levels: "almost normal (4 points)," "partial paralysis (2 points)," and "severe paralysis (0 points). Total 40 points. If you have more than 20 points, it is considered a Mild case; if you have between 10-18 points, it is moderate.
