Here’s the scoop 👇MATERIALS:• Canvas (mine is 30”x40” from Hobby Lobby)• Joint compound (I used premixed, both lightweight & heavyweight by Drydex)• 1x2 pine for the framePROCESS:• Make the background look however you want - mine is just straight horizontal lines• Add whatever pattern / shape you want. I added a second coat to my tree to give it more definition.• Cut your pine wood with a miter saw, sand with 220 grit sandpaper.• Stain the wood if you want! I used one coat prestain wood conditioner, one coat provincial, and one coat antique white.• Use an 18 gauge brad nailer to attach the frame to the canvas.• To mount them to the wall, I added sawtooth hangers on the back and drilled in Drywall Art Christmas, Dry Dex Wall Art, Drydex Spackling Art, Drywall Art On Canvas, Diy Drywall Art, Plaster Pictures, Art Vandelay, Spackle Wall Art, Diy Drywall
