Not necessarily! There are many ways to get “healthy dopamine” thay won’t get you in danger. 
Like music, exercise, walking in nature, playing board games, meeting friends etc. 🏂

Not so healthy ways of getting dopamine may include:
* Risky sexual behavior
* Binge-drinking
* Substance use and abuse
* Gambling
* Shopping
* Instigating conflict with others
* Binge-eating
