I Made this over the weekend when it was rainy and I forgot how easy and delicious this ramen is. Please note when you heat up the chicken stock and soy milk don’t bring it up to a boil or it can curdle. Just bring up to a light simmer and keep warm. Please see recipe below:  For the pork 8oz ground pork 1Tbs mirin 1Tbs minced ginger 1Tbs minced garlic 1Tbs neutral oil 1Tbs spicy bean paste (doubanjiang) Pinch salt  For the soup base: 2Tbs soy sauce  2Tbs sesame paste or peanut butter 2tsp rice vinegar 1tsp sugar 2Tbs chili oil 
pinch salt  2C chicken stock  2C soy milk   Blanched leafy greens yu choy, choy sum, baby bok choy etc… 12-14oz Tan Tan Ramen, Yu Choy, Ramen Broth, Easy Ramen, Choy Sum, Sesame Paste, Drunken Noodles, Soup Base, Chinese Noodles
