You most likely are not addressing the weakness in your body that is causing your low back muscle to overwork again and again. Only allowing temporary relief with massage. 

In order to get lasting relief it is SO important to address muscle tightness AND weakness. 

In this exercise we are focusing on stretching/lengthening the muscle in the low back on one side of the body while strengthening the abdominals (obliques) on the opposite side of the body. 

This is truly such a high quality exercise that can also give your low back that deep stretch your craving 👏🏻
