Now add: 1 1/2 blocks cream cheese 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/2 stick butter Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste Take a stick of butter and butter a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese until everything is covered. Generously! Pour potatoes in your pan and top with Parmesan cheese generously again. Take 1/2 stick of butter and slice it up. Place on top of your potatoes.
