Ingredients:

	•	1 egg
	•	2 tbsp sugar
	•	A pinch of salt
	•	1 cup milk (200ml)
	•	5 tbsp vegetable oil
	•	2 cups flour (200g)
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1 tsp baking powder
	•	3 bananas, sliced

Instructions:

	1.	Beat egg with sugar and salt.
	2.	Add milk and oil, mix well.
	3.	Add flour, vanilla, and baking powder; mix until smooth.
	4.	Fold in banana slices.
	5.	Cook small amounts on a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.
