Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”  I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃.  This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients.   Checkout the below recipe.  Recipe:  1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr.  2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup 3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies 4. Salt - 1 tsp 5. Cumin - 1 tsp 6.
