Okay so this couldn’t be simpler, quicker or tastier if I’m honest. You’ve got to like spice though be warned!

For serves 2
-330g @heckfooduk chicken mince
-1tbsp Peri peri seasoning (I used Nando’s garlic)
-Salt
-pepper
-2 microwaveable peri peri @tildarice rice sachets
-40ml peri peri garlic sauce 
-coriander(optional)
 
1.Combine the chicken mince and piri piri seasoning together. Make 10 meatballs.
2.Pop the meatballs into the air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until cooked.
3.microwave the rice according to packet instructions
4.plate your rice, top with meatballs, driz Piri Piri Seasoning, Chicken Mince, Peri Chicken, Peri Peri Chicken, Piri Piri, Healthy Fitness Meals, Peri Peri, Make 10, Chicken Meatballs
