Following my own prenatal programming & modifying intensity and effort as needed — at this point, much bigger emphasis on birth prep/mobility, but still incorporating full body strength days because it feels good… using mostly dumbbells or dropping to bodyweight! 

Biggest Focus | Goal(s) | Intention(s): 

— staying active, but still resting plenty 
— creating more space in my pelvis for baby through internal rotation and mobility work
— full body days with a big emphasis on posterior chain muscles
— relaxing/lengthening pelvic floor to prep for labor
— just preparing physically & mentally for the biggest workout ahead 
— setting up the best we can for hopefully a smooth recovery postpartum 🙏🏼
