Grab a dowel and  2 bands.  Heavier band attached and a second band looped through the heavier band and then attached onto the dowel.  Scale band resistance but realize this is a longer band system with more resistance variability.

Alternate between exercises doing 10-reps per set x 10.  That is one cycle.  Compete 10 Cycles which will be 100 Reps of Pulling and 100 Reps of Pushing

BTW.. Great set to simulate Lat Pulls if you’re interested.
